Private Bike Tour of Berwick
Overview
We will head south over the river to Tweedmouth and Spittal before looping back over the New Bridge to take in the town on the north bank, passing several Lowry Trail boards.
The route is relatively flat and uses trails as well as roads which should be suitable for most riders and bike types.
The pace will be gentle and will stop regularly at points of interest where you can take photographs and your local guide will answer any questions you may have.
Once you have finished your tour you will be in a great position to explore the area more in your own time, choosing your own favourite locations to revisit.
A walking tour of the Elizabethan Walls is also available on request, text 07773 311 156 for details.

Brilliant experience on two wheels around Berwick. I hadn’t read the information properly, so my wife and I turned up bikeless, as you are expected to use your own bike; however we were able to hire bikes at a very reasonable cost for the tour. Our guide Graham who was full of local knowledge that he imparted in a very informative and interesting way and took us to places that you would not normally see in Berwick Upon Tweed and accompanied by the history of the places we visited. I would thoroughly recommend this tour as its a brilliant way of seeing such a very historical and important town. Well done Graham - great tour 5 stars.H2977IDanneb

Two hours in the company of Graham as he led a group of us on a bike tour of the town was well worth it. Graham was very informative and took us to corners of the town we would never have visited. Highly recommend this tour.
