I work in experiential marketing, and took a group of about nine people to Santa Fe on a branded trip. My clients (a group of four marketing folks from the brand) and their guests (five journalists) came in with very little info, but pretty high expectations for the trip. Elaine's tour of Canyon Road was a major highlight of the experience! She was fun, friendly, easy to get along with, and super knowledgable about the history of Santa Fe, the art scene there, and the various artists and galleries along Canyon Road. She was perfectly professional, yet totally warm, and made everyone feel comfortable asking questions, sharing, and exploring. She also went above and beyond to help the brand connect with an artist to create a custom piece for us. It was amazing and we all had a great time!Elaine was knowledgeable and engaging, we had a great experience and could not rate it more highly. Great food most everywhere. The adobe buildings give the place its own unique style and I love the southwest landscape. Several good day trips. We did our best to complete the margarita trail!

Best 2 hours i have ever spent looking at art! Mary was full of stories and insights the time flew by. Her background in art history as a professor and PhD was evidenced by the depth she was able to go on any subject we brought up, while at the same time keeping it at a level that a novice could understand. She has changed how I appreciate art and has given us some great tools to use in the future. I highly recommend this tour. It will transform wandering from gallery to gallery not understand how certain pieces can be called "art" into a fascinating dive into the minds of the artists and the society they are reflecting in their work.
