When to Surabaya for a family occasion and decided to go solo to Malang with assistance of Smartway Indonesia Tour. I had a seamless and wonderful experience with both the travel company and the actual 2 day trip to Malang. The travel company was used to help to organize and plan the trip eventhough in such a short notice. Got a helping hand from Mas Fikri to plan my travelling and he was very friendly and easy to contact by either phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. They gave good recommendations for places to visit and sights to see during my stay, and were very handy in accommodating to my request of plans. The company was easy to contact during my stay, and stayed in touch periodically to ensure my travel was going smooth. Got Pak Arif as my assigned driver and his punctuality and knowledge about the road condition and places in Malang make it very efficient. Pak Arif was also very communicative and helpful which made my trip even more memorable. I was very happy with how the trip went, and the support received from our travel company before and during our travel. This travel company is Very Recommended and worth every penny spent.
