I offer an alternative. A boutique, historical bar centric lunch tour.
My name is Emzy. I've been sharing my hometown with guests for over twenty years and I invite you to join me for lunch.
We will meet at the word famous Alamo for a brief explanation of the battle then head to an award winning, locally owned bistro on the riverwalk for lunch before heading to the storied Menger Bar for a digestif at the same bar that Teddy and his Rough Riders imbibed. Drink in hand we will then explore the oldest hotel west of the Mississippi and discover it's many secrets including the history behind why it is reportedly the most haunted hotel in Texas.

What to expect
From Alamo Plaza we will discuss the history of the mission and the famous 1836 battle.
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: Menger Bar, San Antonio, TX
We will belly to the beautiful and historic Menger Bar, the same bar where Teddy Roosevelt recruited many of his famous Rough Riders and then explore the oldest hotel west of the Mississippi River with drink in hand.
