Patient in answering lots of questions, willing to adapt when we wanted to change something up a bit, and incredibly professional, Miguel was a rock star. This was a great day trip to see Chichen Itza and The Hakkum Cenote. Our guide picked us up right at 6am which was important for us so we get there early before it is crowded. Given it is still pandemic it is also nice to have a private tour vs. a tour bus so we specially chose this option and we felt safe and comfortable. Once we got there our guide told us about the history of Chichen Itza at different spots and took great pictures of us. He was very friendly and made the tour enjoyable and fun for us all day. Lunch was great as our guide took us to a nice place that offered Yukatan style food. Then, we went to Cenote and it is a must see place. The water was cold but the experience was great. We got back around 4:30pm and it was a great day trip. I strongly recommend this tour if you are visiting the area, it is definitely worth it.This trip was amazing! Definitely suggest getting a private ride and tour. It will save you a lot of travel time, give you more time at the tour locations and our wonderful guide Jazzmin handled everything. We got to sit back and learn a lot and enjoy our tour.

What a wonderful experience - Angela was a brilliant tour guide & made the day so memorable for us. Chichen Itza tour was fantastic, informative and engaging - we were the first ones there (Angela picked us up at 5:30am, with no delay), so we could see the site in all its glory without the crowds! Angela explained the history, was so knowledgeable and took great photos so we can cherish the memories. The Cenote was stunning - a truly magical experience and so much more special knowing the Mayan culture and history of them now. Again, beautiful family photos we can look back to remember. More than just a tour guide, Angela truly shared her knowledge and love for the history. We have only good things to say about our experience, truly above and beyond, and we would recommend Kay Tours to everyone! Thank you Angela, and thank you Kay!
