I had the pleasure of having Ram Niwas as my guide in Jodhpur, actually in January 2017 and we have kept in touch ever since. Ram is a very special person, incredibly intelligent and with great knowledge of his city, Jodhpur. He speaks fluent and gorgeous English (and writes it as well), and was able to help and guide us for the days we were in Jodhpur, whether we needed, signseeing, yoga, meditation, shopping, the Fedex and shipping facilities, Ayurvedic doctors, having clothes sewn, recommending small precious Haveli hotels........you name it! Ram never tried to take us to shops where he got commission and when we had meal together he took our leftovers and gave them to people in the street who could use the food. Ram has a huge heart and I can not recommend him enough. I would use him as a guide anywhere in Rajasthan or beyond because he is honorable, savvy and I trust him. Otherwise I would never have kept in touch with him for three years! Bless!I really appreciated the Jodhpur city tour, we've been lucky enjoying Ram Indian knowledges and compagny to get Into such a beautiful culture. Thank you for that.

A cousin recommended Ram Nivas Ji as a guide when we were visiting Jodhpur and we are extremely glad to have chosen him. He has great knowledge of the city and Rajasthan. In addition, he is very courteous, entertaining and punctual. All his recommendations (sight seeing, shopping and food) were on point! He understood exactly what our interests are and tailored the plan accordingly. He even arranged a private dedicated car for us for our entire journey and a guide for the Udaipur part of our trip. Thanks to him we had a lovely experience in Jodhpur and Udaipur. We highly recommend reaching out to Ram Nivas Ji if you are visiting Rajasthan.Knowledgeable, charming, and fun, Ram is the perfect guide to Jodhpur. Knowledgeable, charming, and fun, Ram is the perfect guide to Jodhpur. Ever sensitive to our needs and wishes, Ram could be relied upon to help with whatever we were looking for. He seems to know everybody and everything about the city and its fascinating history. Do not miss the opportunity to let Ram guide you through the narrow and winding streets of the old city, which he knows so well. Ram is a first class tour guide, not only is he very knowledgeable but he is fun to be with. His enthusiasm will rub off on you and you will have a great time. He is also a great communicator and time keeper. We'll always remember his smiling face waiting for us and he was always very punctual. We also had a bit of a shopping list and Ram knew all the best places to go (not the ones that paid commission!) As you can gather, we really enjoyed Ram's company and was probably the best guide we have encountered in India.
