Get to know the history of one of Bordeaux's most important monuments, why it was built, and what is its relation with the french revolution.
We will walk around the monument, there are no entrance fees.
Duration: 10 minutes
Stop At: Grand Theatre, 2 Place de la Comedie, 33024, Bordeaux France
A magnificent landmark of Bordeaux, one of the oldest theaters in all of Europe! We will walk around the Grand Theatre of Bordeaux while giving information about its history and why it is one of the best landmarks of the city.
We will not go inside. But I will show pictures that I have of the amazing interior.

Stop At: Promenade Sainte Catherine, 25 rue Sainte Catherine, 33000, Bordeaux France
Bordeaux main and commercial street and it is also Europe's longest street. It is filled with shops and restaurants, it is like the heart of Bordeaux.
We will pass by it and I will explain the history of this street and why it was named Sainte Catherine

Stop At: Utopia, 5 Place Camille Jullian, Bordeaux France
A one of a kind Cinema that is a present in an old church building. It has a unique style of movies and documentaries.
We will go inside to see the architecture and the decoration (no entrance fees) and to see the upcoming movie plannings

Stop At: Place du Parlement, 33000, Bordeaux France
A very touristic square of Bordeaux next to where Utopia is located. we will have a walk and I will explain its name, in addition to the secret of the "Mascarons" all around the building

Stop At: Place de la Bourse, 33000, Bordeaux France
Bordeaux's most amazing square with the fountain in the middle and a beautiful view towards the Garonne river and the stone bridge.
On this square, we can have a seat while I explain its history, how it evolved, and the story of the fountain in the middle.

Stop At: The Water Mirror, Place De La Bourse, 33000, Bordeaux France
Bordeaux most visited place by tourists. A mirror square that reflects the beauty of the Place de la Bourse. Of course no entrance fees, it is open to Public.
While there, visitors will find out the amazing story behind it and see pictures of all the mechanisms underneath it.

Stop At: Pont de Pierre, 49 quai Richelieu, 33000, Bordeaux France
After the water mirror, we make a stop next to the river and the stone bridge, to talk of the history of Bordeaux during the world war in addition to one fascinating story about the stone bridge's construction.

Stop At: Porte Cailhau, Place du Palais, 33000, Bordeaux France
One of the old gates of Bordeaux still present from the day the city was fortified.
It was the main gate to go inside Bordeaux. I will explain its history and how it was used in the past.
It is possible to visit the inside of the gate however it is not included in the walking tour.

Stop At: St. Andre Cathedral, Place Pey Berland, 33000, Bordeaux France
Bordeaux's biggest cathedral, an amazing landmark. We will walk around it and also visit the inside of it to see the architecture and style.
I will explain its history and especially the story behind the tower "Pey Berland" next to the cathedral
