Your was good/ok. While we were thankful to have a local guide walking through the Medina as doing it alone seems unimaginable, we were disappointed that we didn’t really get to see any of the main tourist sites. We didn’t see the royal palace, the tanneries we were taken to was not the famous one but another one which was associated with a shop and we didn’t see the royal palace, etc. when we were told the tour was over we were surprised. Our tour consisted of walking around and being thrown into stores Where they tried to sell us things. Felt like a commercial rip off and not a real historical or cultural tour. We’ll hVe to go back and see Fez again a different wayWe enjoyed our private half day tour with Mr. Squali. He was literally like the Mayor of the town, as it seemed like everyone knew him. We enjoyed our private half day tour with Mr. Squali. He was literally like the Mayor of the town, as it seemed like everyone knew him. The half day tour was enough time for us to get a better understanding of the history of the Medina, however, if we had more time in Fes, we would definitely have booked a full day tour, since our time with Mr. Squali was so enjoyable. Mr. Squali’s extensive knowledge of Morocco’s history helped us understand how the city has evolved over time. Fez is a beautiful city. Thank you Mr. Squali for your hospitality and making us feel like family. We appreciate your punctuality and your passion when explaining the history and culture of this amazing city. We absolutely recommend Mr. Squali and this private tour to future travelers and hope your experience is as good as ours. We plan to visit Fes again, and will definitely reach out to Mr. Squali upon our return. - Rich & Cybelle @acoupleofplacesNous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire en compagnie d'une personne très sympathique et à l'écoute.
