Horseback riding on Arabian horses!! One of my favourite activities is to hire a horse from Nobi's stables and with their guide Mando go for a relaxing ride through rural Luxor west bank. The stables are located on the same street as Atta Bakery, a few doors down. The tour can be 1 hour or 1.5 hours or 2 hours, as you wish. Their horses are so nice!! calm and kind and well looked after. I brought a young friend along last time and he had never been on a horse before! Mando was supportive and stayed by his side the whole time, encouraging him and teaching him how to relax and find his center of balance. after ten minutes, my friend was enjoying his first ride very much! We went through the back roads, past banana fields and sugar cane fields and you can wave at the locals and look right into their home compounds, see how they live, very interesting and enjoyable. Very reasonable price, for $10 you can ride for a whole hour! I think if you go up to the stables in person or give them a call you get the best price instead of online. I like to bring a cut apple for the horses to treat them after we are finished. When you arrive back at the stables, you can wash your hands with soap and head over to Atta bakery next door to pick up fresh croissants and eclairs. What a great start to your day! Thank you Mando! I'll be seeing you again soon :)The best stables in Egypt, and one of the best I have ridden at anywhere in the world!!! As Australian expats living in Egypt, Nobi stables has been a wonderful desert delight!! Horses are kept in really great condition, all tack was well fitted and well maintained. All Staff and guides were friendly and really helpful to the inexperienced riders in our group. They really went above our expectations and made the trip very easy and pleasurable. Including a birthday cake for one of our daughters. Our family of 6 kids with ages from 7 to 17, was thoroughly happy and we are keen to do more riding at this gem in the desert stables! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to ride in Egypt with a very ethical and professional approach to equine husbandry and beautiful Egyptian hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐My brother and I had an incredible time LEARNING how to ride a horse + guiding it through beautiful countryside. My brother and I had an incredible time LEARNING how to ride a horse + guiding it through beautiful countryside. I thought we would just be guided by string the whole time, but no, Mando did an amazing job teaching us complete NOOBS to ride on our own and he took the most awesome videos and pics of us <3 <3 We didn't even ask him to. My only regret is not having more cash to tip mando more.. This has been my only regret with anything Egypt so far. I also wish I had done the longer 2 or 3 hour sunset rides. We only did the 1 hour but had such a good time and really wished we had just bit the bullet and done the longer trip!! Maybe next time 11/10 would recommend to my closest friends and family. Thanks again Nobi and Mando!!!!!I am a rider and I must say that Nobi's horses are in a perfect condition. I went for several rides with Mamduh, wonderful guide and professor, Mohamed is also very nice (Nobi's nephew). It's a familial business, clean welcoming, with fair fees. I recommend. Forever my stables in Thebes.

My partner and I came across Nobi’s stable as it was just next to our hotel. What a wonderful discovery! We stayed there for three days and went horse riding every single afternoon. I can’t recommend them enough! Nobi is welcoming and friendly, always trying to meet your needs while keeping you and the horses safe. I was pleased to see the horses were well fed and in wonderful shape. If we will ever return to Luxor we’d definitely go there for another ride. Keep up the good work guys!
