An excellent informative trip covering 5 districts of Saigon. Our guides Quinton Gracie & Phuong were all wonderful. We had 11 dishes, all in local Vietnamese restaurants- all were very tasty. It’s hard to select a favourite but the king size prawns & coconut ice cream were delicious. Although the traffic was crazy our guides were all confident riders and our safety was of the utmost importance to them. The flower market was lovely and giving us each a special flower was very thoughtful and a lovely finishing touch. I can’t recommend this tour enough. We just finished our walking street food tour with Tony in Ho Chi Minh City and what an amazing experience. Tony was great with telling us about all the different foods, the background of the families that were cooking. The food places he chose were great, they were all local food places and we walked between them all experiencing the local culture. When visiting Ho Chi Minh you must go on Tony’s street food tour, the best tour we have done. This food tour was a highlight of my husband and my entire Vietnam trip. This food tour was a highlight of my husband and my entire Vietnam trip. We had so much fun going around with our guide and eating all the different types of food. It made Vietnamese good more approachable as we were not very savvy on what to order or how to eat a lot of the local foods. Our guide, Finn, was very knowledgeable, fun and shared his passion of food and Saigon with us. We had great conversations and finished the tour completely stuffed! We highly recommend this tour! Our tour guide was the lovely Quyen and we had such an amazing time, eating true local Vietnamese food! We were told that the places we were going to are difficult to find via maps and are true local spots and we were not disappointed. Quyen took the time to provide us with information of each foods and also explained all the different herbs/leaves used in Vietnamese cuisine. She sprinkled in really interesting facts on history and culture, and answered all our curious questions! Walking the streets she made sure we were safe, and also helped to accomodate my nut allergy. If we really enjoyed a particular food she offered and made sure to even get us a second serving! Super easy to talk to and get along with, Quyen even provided a list of helpful sayings in Vietnamese for our survival. A really smooth and exciting tour with delicious food! This was our first night in vietnam and the trip was amazing 🤩 not only was the food great but J kay our tour guide was fab!
