Already from home, in Germany, I booked the Highlights and Hidden Gems of Cape Town tour, led by Sebastion, a seasoned guide. We met around 9:30 am in front of Truth Coffee Roasting. From there we started to explore the city of Cape Town. Sebastian never ceased to amaze me with stories and information about the history and the current state of Cape Town and the surroundings. He was an incredibly useful source of detailed information that I used later to further explore the city on my own. We finished the hiking tour at the V&A Waterfront, where I spent the rest of the afternoon, and which is clearly a nice place to relax as well as for shopping. I can absolutely recommend this tour, especially when you start exploring Cape Town. But I would for sure also recommend any tour with Sebastion, because he knows everything about this city its surroundings and history, and has a very nice way of explaining things.Marilyn_P

No particular part. Subastion was a wonderful guide. He went out of his way to make our experience great despite so many closures from Covid 19. We got in lots of exercise😀. He deserves some pay raise from the company if that is possible!!!

My boyfriend and I did the City Hidden Gems tour with Sebastian and we had a great day with him. We were a family of 6 adults visiting Cape Town for the first time. We did our tour with Rushdi on our first morning. We learned so much about the history of CT, living through and after apartheid and Nelson Mandela. Rushdi deviated from the tour route to allow us to buy a quick coffee from the wonderful Truths. We were all pretty exhausted after 4 hours walking on a hot day but all enjoyed the tour so much. The tour finishes at the V&A waterfront so plenty options there for lunch and drinks stop. Our last day in Cape Town was amazing because of the wonderful tour provided by Christopher. The day started with a pickup at the cruise terminal. Next, we had coffee at a quaint coffee establishment to plan the sites we wanted to see. The highlight was visiting the Victor Verster prison where Mandela was released 30 years ago. Also, a visit to the Fairview Wine and Cheese farm. During our 8 hours together, I learned so much of the history of this interesting city. My only regret is I didn't book more tours with Christopher. Our day ended with a dropoff at the airport. It was the best tour EVER!
