Stop At: Mysterious Road (Dokkaebi Road), 2894-63, 1100-ro, Jeju, Jeju Island 63079 South Korea
This mysterious road or goblin road is a strange place where you park your car on a downhill road, but the car that should go down does not go down, but instead steps back uphill. In fact, this is because the side where you can see the uphill road is downhill with a slope of about 3 degrees, so it looks like it is going up due to a simple optical illusion. Due to this phenomenon, word of mouth has become a tourist attraction, and more and more people are visiting. Various safety facilities are currently being added to prevent accidents caused by this, and a tourist park is expected to be created soon starting from the Dokkaebi Road.
In 1981, a newlywed couple got out of a taxi and took a picture.
The taxi she had parked goes up the hill.
After witnessing this strange phenomenon, it became known to the world,
More and more people are looking for places that are both free and mysterious.

Eoseungsaengak is a favorite oreum for visitors who want to climb lightly. The natural ecology is well preserved and is used as a nature learning trail. At the top of Eoseungsaengak Peak, which is 1, 169m above sea level, Tochka, a Japanese military facility built in 1945, remains. They are connected to each other through trenches, and were supposed to communicate with the underground fortress at the waist of Eoseungsaengak, but they are now sunken and blocked.

Stop At: Jeongbang Waterfall, Donghong-dong, Seogwipo, Jeju Island South Korea
Jeongbang Waterfall is known as one of the three major waterfalls in Jeju Island along with Cheonjeyeon Waterfall and Cheonjiyeon Waterfall. It is 23m high, 8m wide and 5m deep, and it is the only waterfall in Korea that falls directly from the land to the sea. It is a 15-minute bus ride from downtown Seogwipo. After purchasing a ticket at the ticket office at the entrance and descending the stairs with pine trees for about 5 minutes, you can see Jeongbang Falls, which turns into the color of the Milky Way in the sunlight. You can hear the cool sound of the waterfall from afar, and you can also see vertical rock walls with well-developed columnar joints on both sides of the waterfall. The appearance of Jeongbang Waterfall, which descends from Hallasan Mountain and passes through downtown Seogwipo and trembles in white in front of the sea, is not as grand as a foreign giant waterfall, but it harmoniously blends with nature and falls neatly, giving the feeling of appreciating.

Stop At: Yongmeori Beach, 181-1 Sagye-ri, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo, Jeju Island South Korea
Yongmeori Coast is located at the foot of Sanbangsan Mountain and extends to the coast. It is called Yongmeori Coast because it resembles the head of a dragon going into the sea. Layers of sandstone rock walls built up over tens of millions of years have been carved by waves to form strange cliffs. The traces of the waves kept in the cave room or the rock wall, which is hollow like a secret room hit by waves, make you feel the grandeur of facing a long history. The spectacular scenery of the 30-50m-long cliffs meandering has been filmed as a background for commercials and movies.
A narrow but flat wave grove has developed in front of the sea cliff, serving as a trail that allows you to go around the Yongmeori Coast. It takes about 30 minutes to look around. In case of bad weather or high tide, entry is prohibited due to high risk. As you walk along the sandstone layer, haenyeo (haenyeo) sell seafood on stalls in the coastal area.

Stop At: Oedolgae, Seogwi-dong, Seogwipo, Jeju Island South Korea
Jeju Seogwipo Oedolgae is a stone pillar about 20m in height and 7-10m in width created by the erosion of waves in the lava field erupted from a volcanic eruption. The name Oedolgae comes from the fact that a rock stands alone in the sea. Oedolgae was designated as Scenic Beauty No. 79 in 2011 along with Sanbangsan Mountain (Scenic Spot No. 77) and Soesokkak (Scenic Spot No. 78). Oedolgae is also called 'General Rock' and 'Grandma Rock', and each has a legend related to its name.
After meeting Oedolgae, we leisurely walked along the beautifully designed promenade to Seonnyeotang on Hwanguji Coast. And I looked at Saeseom Island and Saeyeongyo Island, which I had walked the night before, from afar.

While her English is limited, she is adept at using a translation app, and we were able to communicate quite well. We went to many beautiful sites that we would not have seen if we had not gone with Ms. Yang.

Very highly recommended!
