From the time I contacted them, it was always a pleasant experience. All needs, queries, etc were dealt eith or replied to within minutes. The guides and drivers were always punctual. Safe driving, in depth knowledge of routes, ensure a comfortable trip. The Guides Manar, Ayesha, Sarah, Rabbi and Mohammad all were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in clarity. They all anticipated rush times etc and planned accordingly so that we could have a smooth experience. Their knowledge of English was of high standards and ensured trip was taken well care of. Mohammad Hassan was a great communicator who always replied within minutes and solved all my questions. The traffic managers Amr and Mohammad hussam both handled the North and South Egypt areas excellently. Thanks a lot to everyone for making our Egypt tour a great experience. He is clearly passionate about Egyptian history which shone through in his explanations. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable( including our 4yr old, who got lots of chocolates from him)and answered all our questions patiently. We had a truly wonderful experience with Sabry as our tour guide for the day in Cairo, to see the giza pyramids, Saqqara, and Memphis. He was not only an Egypt history expert and could answer any question we had, but he knew exactly which spots were the best for seeing all the sights before the crowds hit. We learned so much from him! It was especially cool to be able to go to all three spots - it really linked up our learning about ancient Egypt. Sabry was kind and friendly and we had an amazing time! Today's tour will surely be a highlight of my time in Egypt. In the morning, my driver and guide met me just outside my hotel and whisked me off for a day of once in a lifetime experiences. The driver, Kazafi, steered the cramped streets of Cairo with ease and calm. The ride was smooth and safe. From site to site i was taken right to the perfect place and magically found after each excursion. Ahmed Kamel was an incredible guide. His sense of humor, knowledge, and storytelling give me the right amount of context to deepen my appreciation of the sites. His experience surveyed both ancient and modern stories. He was recognized by locals at each site we visited: guards, guides, ticket widows all lit up when he arrived. I felt like an insider following along, so lucky to have a private experience with so much care and attention from someone so poplar among peers. My travel scrapbook will be full of amazing photos of me in front of all of the sites, taken swiftly and expertly by Ahmed, my personal paparazzo. If i only get to see these sites once in my life, I had the perfect guides to do it with. Egypt Tailor Made was helpful, clear, and response at every step of the process.
