What to expect

Driver will wait for you at arrivals meet and greet area with name board which is in front of Vodafone Shop inside the terminal. We will monitor and track your flight to provide you on time transfer. If you are delayed at the immigration or bio security please inform us via phone. Waiting time at International Terminal is 90 minutes. Luggage allowance one check in and one carry on bag per passenger. Please inform us at the time of your booking if you have got additional or extra large size luggage. For additional bag there is a surcharge of NZD 30 per bag payable directly to the driver. We don’t provide baby or child seat you’re most welcome to bring your own. For reservations and communication purposes we need main travelers valid mobile number with country code. It’s one way transfer from Auckland Airport to Auckland City or Cruise Ship Terminal

Arrived at Auckland late but driver was still waiting with a smile on his face, very comfortable trip into CBD. Great value, door to door service from a very knowledgeable and friendly driver.
