What to expect
Krakow Airport is located about 15 kilometers (10 miles) from Krakow Centre, it takes no longer than 30 minutes to get to Your accommodation. After enter in the arrival area our professional English-speaking driver will be waiting there for You holding a sign with your name on it, he will assist with your luggage to one of our comfortable, air-conditioned Mercedes cars and will take You directly to Your hotel, office or any other place of your destination - journey to Krakow will take about 30 minutes.

When we arrived our driver was not there. It had taken us over an hour to get through border checks and I didn't get a signal to get the calls from the driver. No calls ever came through to my phone and the one mesaage/email came only after I let luggage claims. It just happened that I saw another driver had my name on the back of his paper. He called the driver who returned for us a few minutes later. I think there needs to be a bit better of a system in place. If I had not spotted my name of the backside of the paper the situation was not resolvable. I think if we had an actual number to call or text and the drivers made more allowance for us to get through border checks it would be better.
