It started with a 1.5hr drive from Puerto Princesa to Tanabag, then a 1.5hr trek through the jungle. The walk was tranquil with the sound of nature, loved the river crossings. Upon reaching the village, we were greeted with smiles. It was really good to see their homes. Vegetables are grown, and protein is hunted. It was definitely an eye opener and such an awesome experience! Shout out to Ron: travel operator from Corazon Travel, his customer service is amazing! Roman: the local tour guide. So knowledgeable and accommodating. Gabs: the legend who guided us through the trek! Josh: the driver who played cool tunes! Highly recommend if you ever visit Palawan!!!
