- At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: customer email address, ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time. Instructions will be sent to you separate via email.
- Minimum age: 5 years and under 40” height
- Infants must sit on laps
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- Our Land Transportation option is suggested for pregnant women, children under 5 years or people with a heart condition, back pain or shoulder problems to enjoy all the other activities.
- Please arrive to our meeting point 15 minutes prior your selected departure time
- We offer two departure options (land or sea), me sure to follow the appropriate pick up instructions
- Your Tour is on Puerto Vallarta local time (CST), not ship time.
- It is recommended that you wear comfortable shoes and bring a swimsuit and a towel, sunscreen, insect repellent, camera with strap, extra cash, debit or credit card for lunch or souvenirs

So much fun! The guides have large personalities and make you have a great time while being safe. There were 6 of us in our party ranging from 11 to upper 40s and everyone enjoyed! After the the zip-lines, it's great to eat lunch next to the river while the kids can swim and go down waterslides...

Even got to hold toucans, have monkeys jump on your shoulders to get drinks of juice. Just a great overhaul experience!jsk28

Our group of 6 included 3 kids, ages 7-13 - and we all had a blast. Really well-run tour, from start to finish. Zip lining felt safe and the crew was very friendly and professional - it’s a fun group of guys who clearly enjoy what they do and want you to have fun too. The tour includes a nice post-zip lining experience with a place to have lunch, a little animal sanctuary and a nice swimming area with a water slide. Overall a wonderful visit - I highly recommend! A few tips: - I wouldn't take kids any younger than 7 as they have to be mature enough to follow instructions. - You have to be in relatively decent shape to be able to make it through the circuit. A lady in our group had a bad knee and wasn’t able to make it even halfway to the first platform. - Bring bug spray. We were in the morning group so it wasn’t too bad, but by the end I got a bunch of bites.Michelleratbrown

Soooooo much fun. Pepe was awesome. It was my families (2 kids 12 &14 years old) favorite thing we did. The guides were hilarious and knowledgeable. Absolutely loved this tour.

We had a similar tour booked through our cruise line, but it was cancelled. We found this excursion and booked. It was confusing to book the right time since my cruise line said we would arrive at 8am, but the excursion was specific to mention the difference of ship time, local time, and time d...
We had a similar tour booked through our cruise line, but it was cancelled. We found this excursion and booked. It was confusing to book the right time since my cruise line said we would arrive at 8am, but the excursion was specific to mention the difference of ship time, local time, and time differences. I originally booked the early tour, but then easily changed it to the later time out of concern for the time. (The last thing I wanted was for the ship to arrive at 8am ship time and that be 9am local and miss the tour. When we arrived to the Los Veranos Tour office, I spoke with the folks about the time and would be be back before our ship left at 5:30pm. They said we would have time, but would need to come back earlier with the first tour. We were able to do all the zip lines and enjoy the animals there, but since we had to get back earlier, we didn't have time to enjoy the restaurant or the river. Los Veranos were very accommodating with our need to get back early, so much so, they had a special van for us and another family from our ship to get us back on time. I would probably book again, but reach out directly to the company for booking and timing.
