Communication regarding pick-up location and time was terrible. Tour guide was nice but new and had to keep checking notes on the information for the places we visited. Did not visit Mansa, Puerto del Hambre or Antoine de Saint Exupery square like the description indicated. When we visited Fort Bulnes, we had to pay to get into the fort. No where was this indicated to us until we pulled up to the park entrance. For $160 per person, one would think that was included. The fort was interesting but due to time restrictions we were rushed through it. Very poor value and would not recommend. The tour team (guide and driver) did an excellent job in sharing the highlights of Punta Arenas. They were very friendly, informative and supportive in answering our many question. The pace was very comfortable.

Very informative and interesting 5+hr tour of the coast of the Magellanic Strait and Punta Arenas landmarks exactly as described. We were really glad we booked this trip. I particularly enjoyed the visits to Parque Del Estrecho De Magallanes and the Cementerio. Louís was the driver of the mini-van and Marlon the designated English speaker/narrator and they both did a wonderful job. The van came right to our hotel and it was just the two of us so we received a customized tour. We were picked up before 1030 and finished at 1530. This tour would be suitable for children. Bring snacks and possibly some water because there is no designated lunch stop.We had a fabulous day out in amazing weather. We had a fabulous day out in amazing weather. Our hotel pick up went smoothly and our guide was informative, warm, helpful and friendly. The sky was a brilliant clear blue for the whole trip which meant we saw everything at its best. The drive along the Strait of Magellan was amazing, especially for the views and bird life. The Museum of the Strait at the entrance to the Park is small but highly recommended; the exhibits are labelled in English and Spanish. The weather made the tour around the reconstruction of Fort Bulnes and walk through the Magellenic woodland to the viewpoint over the Strait and amount Tarn a joy. Make sure you have gloves, hats and a warm jacket though as the wind is biting.Back in Punta Arena we particularly enjoyed the view over the city, the tour of the cemetery and the visit to the Shepherd Monument. In our opinion, a ‘must do’ tour for anyone visiting Punta Arenas!
