What to expect
• Welcome prosecco cocktail with a tasting of a large choice of local cheeses and meats;
• First course: handmade pasta like gnocchi, ravioli or scialatielli Sorrento Style (with mozzarella and tomatoes);
• Second course: meatballs or chicken “Cacciatora Style” (with cherry tomatoes, vegetables and white or red wine);
• Dessert: coffee tiramisù;
• Water and wine (white or red): a bottle for two guests.
Vegetarian Menù:
• Welcome prosecco cocktail with a taste of local cheeses and fresh seasonal vegetables;
• First course: handmade pasta like gnocchi, ravioli or scialatielli Sorrento Style (with mozzarella and tomatoes);
• Second course: eggplant parmesan, courgettes parmesan or even artichokes parmesan;
• Dessert: coffee tiramisù;
• Water and wine (white or red): a bottle for two guests.
Fish Menù:
• Welcome prosecco served with salt & pepper shrimps;
• First course: handmade pasta like gnocchi, ravioli, scialatielli served with clams and mussels;
• Second course: Fish Acqua Pazza Style (with cherry tomatoes) or fish in salt crost;
• Dessert: coffee tiramisù.
• Water and wine (white or red): a bottle for two guests.

Chef Tony was amazing! A must do experience if you’re visiting Sorrento. Chef Tony and his sous chef Angelo were so kind, thoughtful and incredibly knowledgeable in the kitchen. They taught us to cook homemade pasta, chicken cacciatore, and tiramisu. Chef Tony made everything so easy to understand and to learn. We drank great wine and are heading back to the US with a few new, authentic, Italian recipes to add to our repertoire. No butter!I was the only student in class and it still went ahead! Got first class experience and cooking tips. We made meatballs the way his grandma did it. Gnocchi and of course Tiramisu was the best I had!

Chef and his assistant were friendly and engaging. The wine was also delicious too! Definitely a highlight of our visit and would strongly recommend.

We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this cooking class.Tony and his assistant were great to learn from and work with!!
