This family run distillery was definitely worth a visit. With a tour from a co-founder we learned a lot about the small batch process and how they incorporated aspects of themselves into their product. Definitely worth buying a bottle to take with you. Looking forward to what they release next!

After tasting the Maharani Gin and Ireland's first Absinthe by Cork's RCD, visiting the distillery was one in my bucket list which I ticked off couple of weeks ago. Had a fabulous time with the founders Bhagya and Robert who talked us through the process of making their products. The character of the old factory building was excellently maintained with impressive artwork by locals throughout making this a real cultural experience. If you are in Cork this is a must see.We visited the distillery for the Saturday tour and loved both the gin, absinthe and the tour. We liked it so much we booked the afternoon tea and gin the day after as well, and that was equally good! Aisling was a great guide with a lot of passion, knowledge and pride over the craftsmanship behind the Rebel City Distillery. Strongly recommend both the tour and afternoon tea/gin to anyone who is visiting Cork! Hope to be able to visit you guys soon again Kind regards, Linus and Victoria (PS. We will order the Maharani Gin as soon as we set foot on Swedish ground again!)
