We rented our bike through Motorvina in Hoi An in order to do the Hai Van Pass and drop the bike in Hue. They gave us all the needed information for the perfect experience. Showed us where to stop on the way, how much gas to put, places to avoid in order to skip the guarded spots by police, and brought our luggages all the way to their office in Hue. Once we brought back the bike, we forgot to leave the keys with it... who knows why!! But they reached us afterward to let us know and they were very friendly and just asked us to leave the forgetten keys at the front desk of our Hue Hostel. We appreciated the customer service we got from Thuy Tien so we went back there for another motorbike rental the next day. Good professional service, I definitely recommend them!!
