This ride was terribly overrated. It was billed as a walk in the woods but primarily along the rim of Bryce Canyon. Bryce was maybe 15 and the remaining hour and 15, a rather boring walk in a generic Forrest. A waste of time and money.

Frank and his cowboy wranglers provided a wonderful and safe trip, including a trail in the north rim. Even though it affected their bottom line they convinced one potential rider not to go due to her medical condition. They did it politely and saved her a lot of grief! Lauren was our guide. She is Native American and was able to add some authentic commentary, even though her lineage was not from Bryce. Well done and well worth it!The Staff was very nice and the horses were gentle and super sweet to pet and talk to. I loved my horse Buddy, he was awesome. The Staff was very nice and the horses were gentle and super sweet to pet and talk to. I loved my horse Buddy, he was awesome. The event was well organize, the ride went through the woods to a rim of the canyon which was fun. I really appreciate the staff taking the time to take our pictures on the horse when we got to the canyon rim. It was raining so it wasn’t as enjoyable but I still had a good time. I think it would have been a little better if we got to ride in the canyons but maybe another time. The ride to the rim through the forest was pleasant. The ride to the rim through the forest was pleasant. The horses were gentle and the scenery was fantastic. Each of the the staff members from the ticket office to the corral were professional and fun. When we asked about the weather when we bought the tickets, the woman declined to predict it, but said they will not ride if there is lightning. Denny checked us in for the 3:30 pm ride. He had good information wrapped around funny stories. Nate assigned us our horses with help from a young woman with a great smile. Our guide was Andon (sp?). He was very patient with us city slickers. He brought us back a tad early when we spotted lightning a few miles off.Frank Was real rude and condescending didn’t like him much kind of a arrogant guy horses were tired and sore (need vet check) didn’t know nothing about the horses ages sizes etc couldn’t ride himself poorly groomed And dirty👊🏿
