This was my second time to Aruba, and before this tour I took a "highlights of aruba" guided tour and a 9 hour ATV tour. So I wasn't sure how much more I'd see on this tour. I was SO glad I booked it! There was a lot more I saw on this tour which the other tours did not cover. I enjoyed seeing the spanish lagoon, walking around downtown San Nicolaas and viewing the murals, taking a guided tour of the Aruba history museum, a visit to baby beach (which is my favorite beach in aruba), getting views and history of the oil refinery area (seeing parts of the area and getting history which the other tours did not cover such as the original wall around the area, the road to the hospital, the fact that baby beach was exclusive to the oil refinery residents and even where the houses were built). The carnavale museum was great to see as wow, you get to see the costumes up close and they will even take pictures of you. My favorite was the dragon. Ruben was fantastic host. He showed me so much more, and told so many personal stories. I truly feel that my Aruba experience is complete with this tour, and I'm so glad I took the tour. I highly recommend this tour to everyone. If you think you've seen all of Aruba, I can assure you this tour covers aspects and parts which the other tours do not. Highly recommend.Well I was the only one on the tour so Ruben came to get me in a nice Town Car and drove me around all day. Well I was the only one on the tour so Ruben came to get me in a nice Town Car and drove me around all day. He was full of facts and history ans showed many interesting things slong our route. Totally flexable with what to do and see if you have done your homework and have some ideas he's open to it . I also want to add that I do have some walking problems and he did accommodate me with those as well .took me to the museum in San Nichlos -very interesting,we went to Baby Beach and I had to swim for about an hour and then we had a nice lunch at Kaylins.?sp? I can smell the curry when I came through the door YUM but that's not what we have for lunch so don't let that scare you chicken wrap and french fries for lunch wiyh her secret hot sauce. It was a wonderful trip and I recommended anyone ask for Ruben the sharp dresser....Took a tour with Ruben -most excellent. Very personable, on time and flexible with what your schedule is . Have a bit of a walking problem and he accommodated me fully.Learnt a whole lot about Aruba, had a dip at baby Beach and a good lunch. I look forward to picking him again in the future nice...

Highlight of our trip to Aruba! Ruben and Marcel will so friendly and knowledgeable about San Nicolaas, Aruba, and so much more. They made this tour fun and interesting and were so personable. I would recommend this tour for anyone who loves learning more about the culture and history of the island along with the beautiful art that is being created in this area. Ruben was phenomenal and really made my mom and me feel welcome and comfortable. We had Ruben for our San Nicolaas: Island Tour, History and Baby Beach, and I would recommend him to anyone. We had Ruben for our San Nicolaas: Island Tour, History and Baby Beach, and I would recommend him to anyone. He was just fabulous. He was punctual, personable and most of all, very knowledgeable about the island. We were a bit skeptical at the start of the tour because it was just my wife and I. Well, that turned out to be a major benefit. Ruben took the time to give us all the details of San Nicolaas and the other towns along the way. To touch it off, we forgot a towel in his van and as I was heading out of the resort for my morning walk the following, there was Ruben pulling up with the towel. We can't wait for our next tour with him. ExcellentOne of the best tours we’ve had from Viator (Wix Tours). We were the only people on the tour so we got personalized attention. One of the best tours we’ve had from Viator (Wix Tours). We were the only people on the tour so we got personalized attention. Our guide Marcel picked us up at our hotel and the next 4 hours were educational and enjoyable. We learned more about Aruba - its history, its people, its economy, its architecture and its culture - than we learned on any of our previous trips to Aruba. Highlights of the tour were: 1) San Nicolas with its murals; 2) the museum at the water tower with industrial history highlighting gold, aloe, phosphate, oil, and tourism periods; 3) the Zeerover Restaurant in Savaneta serving seafood right out of the ocean 4) the gun emplacement at Colorado Point (the most southern part of Aruba;) 5) the Balashi Gold Mill Ruins; 6) beaches (Baby Beach, Wind Surf Beach, Pet Cemetery, and Mangel Halto Beach surrounded by mangroves); and 7) the impressive closed Valero Oil Refinery.
