Elaine did a lovely job of touring us around the Santa Fe art galleries and providing us with the individualized attention to our tastes, both in art and in chocolate! Thanks Elaine.

Our family of four was wowed by Elaine's Matter of Taste Tour. The goal was to explore our taste in art by evaluating pieces in different galleries with her guidance. We then each individually chose a piece of art in a gallery and explained to each other what spoke to us. Besides being really fun, Elaine's knowledge and approach was spot on for our family. The discussions were lively enough to even keep two teenage boys interested in moving from gallery to gallery. Elaine's easy to talk to style, and encouragement despite our naivete, was much appreciated. She is obviously well educated, extremely experienced and worldly, but also down to earth and interacted with each of us. The galleries were gorgeous and each was so different from the other, it really afforded us an opportunity to get a small "taste" of what Santa Fe has to offer to neophytes who want to be exposed to gallery art. Our reward for working so hard (ha!) to explain our art choices was a chocolate tasting at Kakawa. Elaine guided us through that as well, I'm telling you, she's talented! We loved it so much, we went back two days later for more chocolate. And, next time we visit Santa Fe, we'll definitely put Santa Fe Art Tours on the list...there's always more to see!Elaine is the owner and tour guide of this low key art tour that my friends snd Ai enjoyed thoroughly. Elaine is the owner and tour guide of this low key art tour that my friends snd Ai enjoyed thoroughly. She took us on s leisurely stroll through 3 art galleries in Santa Fe and challenged us to look at art differently. We learned a great deal about art as a process and how to interpret art. We enjoyed some hot chocolate at the end of the tour as well as some great reflections about how to be an art aficionado. Thank you Elaine! Not your average chocolate shop. The art tour is nice, the art is nice, the sweets are a real treat. Free samples and the story behind each chocolate makes for a great diversion when visiting Santa Fe!
