My trip was great, my driver was there when I arrived at the airport and was very friendly. There were complementary drinks on a cooler available for the guests. Jennifer was very helpful and accommodating in helping me book my trip. Would recommend, would use their service again.

100% recommended! My friend and I needed transportation from Santo Domingo to Puerto Plata (4hrs away) so we did a lot of researching and came across DSRR BUS. We were two girls traveling in a different country so we wanted to feel safe and DSRR made sure we did. Jennifer was super helpful and answered all our questions right away. On the day of, Lilo waiting for us outside custom with a sign of our names. Bus was spacious with WiFi and drinks (water/beer) provided:).
