This was the highlight of our trip to Seoul. Vincent and his staff were amazing. The tour was delightful- we saw the palace, went to both sides of Hanok village, saw different neighborhoods and heard about relevant history and politics (fascinating), went to a Buddhist temple, and photos were taken for us the whole time. We also went to a lovely local market that was not over run with tourists and had the best rice cakes in Seoul! We brought our two kids who turned out to be too small for the e-bikes…. Quick pivot and Vincent had them in a pedicab and led the tour this way. They had ponchos for the rain!- the rain did not impact our experience whatsoever. So thoughtfully run and operated. Kind people running an excellent business. Must do in Korea for sure! I’ve recommended to all my friends already. Thank you Vincent! This is by far one of the best tours we have been on so far as a family. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children of 11 years old) enjoyed so much despite the heavy rain during the tour. As a half Korean, I can tell you this is a great cultural crash course. This is by far one of the best tours we have been on so far as a family. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children of 11 years old) enjoyed so much despite the heavy rain during the tour. As a half Korean, I can tell you this is a great cultural crash course. If this is your first time to Seoul, I highly recommend you do the bike tour first thing before deciding what to do next. Vincent and team were kind and knowledgeable and provide great recommendations to places to explore and restaurants to dine. We can't wait to go back to Seoul again and explore different ebike tour next time round. Big thank you to Vincent and his team again! Was a fantastic tour, would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore Seoul. Was a fantastic tour, would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore Seoul. The bikes were fun, and the trip was quite safe as guided by Vincent and Hagar. The tour included a bit of everything you might want out of a tour: sightseeing, Korean history and culture, photogenic photo opportunities, and stops at local spots that we could not have found from online research or youtube. Vincent and Hagar were great hangs and very knowledgeable. Very happy we went on this tour.Vincent and his crew were amazing. Vincent and his crew were amazing. We started the tour by getting fitted for our bikes and given safety instructions for the road and bike handling before setting off on our tour. He made sure we rode at a pace that was comfortable and allowed us an appropriate amount of time at each of the stopping points. Vincent made sure to capture the memories for us and took plenty of pictures along the way which he provided within a few hours of the end of our tour. If you’re looking for a good way to get the lay of the land on your trip to Seoul I’d highly recommend this tour! The best way to see Seoul! to be honest I was a little concerned about riding a bike on such a cold day but it was no problem at all in fact it was pleasantly fresh. The best way to see Seoul! to be honest I was a little concerned about riding a bike on such a cold day but it was no problem at all in fact it was pleasantly fresh. Although riding the e-bikes was really fun, it was not the highlight of the tour for me! I was pleasantly surprised by the hidden areas our guide took us to and the fascinating insight he gave us. I was impressed with the food offered on the tour, we had rice cakes and Tteokboki with all the trimmings! And I was impressed with how much we experienced in such a short time!I felt like I had achieved a day worth of sightseeing yet at the end of the tour we still had the day ahead of us! this brings me to my last point. I was impressed with the aftercare! Our guide made sure we all knew how to go to our next destination, he made some great recommendations for other things to do in the area and he followed up with me to see how I was getting on with my day plan as well as send me some photos he had taken during the ride. It was more than just a great bike tour! It was a 5 star travel concierge! Highly recommended.
