Where do I begin to express the disappointment. I took my family on a once in a lifetime cruise to Alaska. Everyone was so excited to go on this scooter adventure. We show up at Skagway to find out that not only does this activity not exist but it hasn’t existed for years. I called the numbers Given by viator And it went straight to voicemail. Then I was on the phone with a Viator representative for an hour Who kept attempting to call the operator of this booking to no avail. The entire day was ruined! We spent the entire day either looking for this activity, or dealing with getting our money back… advice to others, verify before booking..do not take for granted that viator does… they DONT!What Ana amazing experience! What Ana amazing experience! When I was looking at excursions for Skagway for my cruise nothing really stuck out. Everything was all kind of the same….. this was a fun, unique way to explore the back roads of Skagway. We got to see amazing scenery, an old graveyard and a gorgeous waterfall. This was self guided so you could really take your time at different lookouts or just keep riding. It was nice to not be with all the crowds for the different excursions offered by the cruise ships. Max was amazing giving us directions on how to use the scooters, where to go, and stories of things around Skagway! Definitely worth booking! We were there very early to make sure that we didn't miss the pickup. Guess what? You never picked us up at all. Don't use this company.

By far, the best adventure memory of our Alaska Trip! Rob took 6 of us all over Skagway from Gold Rush Cemetary to "scabin" (cuz we are cool like that)! We saw eagles with a golden siting too. Several hilltop views of Skagway and then into the backcountry for a high point view into pure nature and waterways that few can truly enjoy. Rob can tell you stories like none other that i choose to believe as it makes my trip so authentic (besides Google isn't available for fact checking, lol). Just enjoy every minute of your trip, and you will not be disappointed! Connect with your guide, get a bit uncomfortable, step out of your safe space; then and only then will you see God's creation and feel the joy and beauty at your fingertips! I hope I am blessed to return. If so, i'll bring more shirts ;-) .
