What to expect
Arrive at the meeting location 30 minutes before your selected time slot, so that you may find representatives of the shop and be introduced to your English-speaking ski/snowboard instructor.
You'll be placed in a group based on your age and skiing/snowboard level.
Ski/snowboard equipment and lift passes are NOT included in the price.

Our instructor Radi (sorry if I have misspelled it!) was great. We improved drastically under his tuition. He was very frank with his criticisms which really helped but at the same time was quick to praise when we got it correct. He was a lovely guy and spoke good English. We highly recommend and will be back! Thanks again Radi!I consider the service was good, the instructor was very friendly and it was patient with me as I have never done skiing. It will be good to know how many people is taking the course, as bigger the group less change to get much attention from the instructor and more waiting to do your one trails...

This is my second time on a ski holiday in Borovets and second time booking with Traventuria and after the brilliant holiday we just had we couldn't imagine booking with any other company. There were 11 of us together, all with different skiing abilities and our fantastic instructor George took excellent care of every single one of us. Each of us improved so much over the course of the week and George went beyond what was expected of an instructor even bringing a picnic for lunch for all 11 of us up the mountain when the bars and restaurants closed due to the coronavirus. Where do I begin, just finished a week skiing with 9 others in traventuria in Borovets. We rented our ski gear with them aswell and had no problems with it, quick and easy to get your gear and we were even a day later returning our stuff and they didn't fine us which was nice! We had an instructor named George and I cannot recommend him enough!! He went above and beyond his duties for us, he is an excellent instructor, always has his eyes on the group to make sure everyone's doing good. The bar for food was closed at the top and he brought up food for a picnic for us which was great! He was able to handle our group which had varying levels of skiing and made everyone feel included and not bored. I honestly can't explain how happy we were to have him, he is very good at teaching and as a nervous person I needed someone who would know when to push me or when I've reached my limit! He is well able to have fun too which is needed :D I would highly recommend this company and in particular George. I just can't wait to get back to them next year, they really Made the holiday!Had some lessons in the UK prior to trip. Just back from a thrilling week of skiing in BULGARIA and what a great week it was! The resort Borovets was a short 65km from Sofia airport and was perfect for first-time and practiced skiers alike, with slopes for all levels - green, blue, red and black trails. The resort has a huge amount of lifts and lots of space to ski so no collisions with other skiers and short journeys back to the top! Nighttime skiing is also an option, with slopes open and lit up until 10.00 pm. The trip was booked with SKI & BOARD TRAVENTURIA - BOROVETS, a great choice because everything could be ordered in advance airport transfers, ski equipment, lockers and great (patient!) instructors who got all their students all out on the slopes in no time. A big shout out to Stefan Spiridonov and Bojidar Kyosev for they enthusiasm and expertise.
