He is a wealth of knowledge and if he isn’t too busy, will take the opportunity to share additional information and items that he has that aren’t on exhibit. He does allow photography. This is a DEFINITE DO NOT MISS if you are in Savannah !My husband had been wanting to visit here for awhile. My husband had been wanting to visit here for awhile. (We’re locals of SAV) We finally had a kid free afternoon so we decided to drop in and check it out. I was hesitant at first but the minute we walked in I was in awe! This place is absolutely amazing. I couldn’t believe how well displayed everything is and the collection is incredible. Such a sweet story behind it all too. My husband and I got to talk to the owner—we could of talked all day long! Super nice. I really enjoyed going here. I can’t wait to bring my dad (whom is retired navy) to visit! I know he’ll love it! Give this place a chance, you won’t be disappointed. 10/10A lot of amazing artifacts and I was super excited to see they had something from the USS Forrestal. Being the reunion coordinator it was great to see a part of the history there.

After receiving the warmest welcome from Caitlin, I was immediately intrigued by the museum artifacts and how well they are displayed. Two steps into the collection I was staring at the cockpit of a MIG fighter jet. Whoa! That was merely the surface of this collection. After I did a brief lap around on my own I was greeted by the collector/curator himself and recieved a very detailed “tour” of the collection that he had been amassing since childhood. Visiting these types of museums means more than just a stop on your trip. Visiting these types of establishments feeds families today and commemorates the memory of family yesterday. Taken ten minutes or ten hours and say hello to the Webbs and you will not be dissappointed! My husband and I are both history teachers and loved what was in this museum. The artifacts are meticulously kept and it was so cool to see pieces that we had only studied and not seen. Definitely worth it to go!
