They had a private party when we arrived, but one of the team popped her head out of the door advising it would be open very soon, so we hung out waiting. Secondly, this place is awesome. It has 30-40 years of consoles, bringing back memories for those of us who had an Atari 2600 in the 1970’s. I went with my 12 year old and we spent time looking at the consoles but then got down to the serious business of gaming. We played all the consoles and also arcade games. Serious trip down memory lane. We loved this place and have been talking about it quite a bit the day after. We love the old computer games and we all have our favourites. Mine is Pac Man Arcade and my husband's is Galaga. We all enjoyed going to through the well arranged museum and playing the games was fun for all. The service here is welcoming and helpful. Absolutely loved this place! I'm a proud 90s kid who loves video games, so when I found this Museum completely by chance while researching Museums in Perth, I knew I had to visit this place. I wasn't disappointed! At least half of the consoles on display I'd never heard of, though I felt like I was a kid again when I saw my favourite consoles, the Mega Drive/Genesis and Master System. Had lots of fun playing old school games like Pacman, Mario Bros, Sonic and Alex Kidd. Spent a couple of hours here, could've easily stayed longer. Wonderful place for both adults and kids alike, would definitely recommend.
