My sister and I had the most amazing tour of Finca Casanga with Enrique. He took us through the whole process from start to finish, and it was amazing to see how much time and dedication goes into the process. Quality coffee is not something that is easy to produce, and learning about the care that is put into the beans here was an unforgettable experience. Plus you get to drink a bunch of coffee at the end so it really had everything. My sister doesn’t even drink coffee and enjoyed this experience. Would make this a ‘must-do’ on your trip to Boquete. We were the only couple on our tour. We were the only couple on our tour. Enrique was very knowledgable and informative, walking us through every step of the coffee process from growing the beans, harvesting, roasting and packaging. It was not harvest season but we were still able to roast some coffee beans ourselves and bring it home. One of the owners, Annie was very friendly and we enjoyed conversing with her during the coffee tasting at the end. I highly recommend this small coffee farm experience, it's not a big corporate operation but a small family run business with a personal touch. Does not involve any physical exertion, just minimal walking around a few rows of coffee trees.
