What to expect
Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product
Stop At: Imjingak Pyeonghoa-Nuri Park, 481-1 Samok-ri, Munsan-eup, Paju, Gyeonggi-do South Korea
It's DMZ theme park, we must stop by here to buy DMZ tickets(there's no reservation system)
But you can see freedom bridge, bridge of no return, derailed locomotive, the view on the top of the building,
Plus there's early opening snack bar and restaurant
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: DMZ, Munsan-eup, Majeong-ri Imjingak Tourist information center, Paju, Gyeonggi-do South Korea
DMZ tour bus is getting into Civilian Control Zone(CCZ), but our destination is located in DMZ so need to cross blue line on the way, which means you enter DMZ!
You will stop by 3 to 4places
1. 3rd Infiltrational tunnel , which was dug by N.Korea after Korean war! You can acutally get inside the tunnel on foot
2. Dora observatory : where you can see N.Korea with your naked eyes and you can use binoculars to see N.Korean village, field, soldiers, ppl, etc
3. Unification Village : it's located in Civilian control zone, you can buy DMZ souvenior , local produtcts, bean chocoloate, soy bean icecream, etc
4. Dorasan station : it's a herb connecting two Korean but now under construction
After visiting all , we will get out of CCZ

Stop At: Dora Observatory, Jeomwon-ri, Gunnae-myeon, Paju, Gyeonggi-do 413-920 South Korea
It's the highlight of the tour we think since you can see N.Korea with your naked eyes and binacular at the observatory
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: The Third Tunnel, Nosang-ri, Jangdan-myeon, Paju, Gyeonggi-do 10800 South Korea
It's the tunnel dug by N.Korea after Korean War. We found it based on Defector's information. Significance of the tunnel is that it's located only 52km away from Seoul!!

Stop At: 통일촌장단콩마을, 64 Tongilchon-gil, Gunnae-myeon, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea
It'sUnification village where you can check local produce harvested in DMZ and some suveniors
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: Gamaksan Chulleong Bridge, 48-6, Seolma-ri, Jeokseong-myeon Gamaksan Mountain, Paju, Gyeonggi-do South Korea
It's suspension bridge at Mt.Gamaksan! It was used to be fiercing batter field during Korean war but now it became the tourists spot with natural beauty! There's also Suspension bridge which you can enjoy the scenery!

Stop At: Kwangjang Market, 88, Changgyeonggung-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul 03195 South Korea

It's a food market in Seoul, oldests one!

Such an insightful and interesting tour. We had Harry as our tour guide to take us around for the day, and he was fantastic and so much fun to spend the day with. He was very knowledgeable about Korean history and was able to answer all our questions. It was a smaller tour, which was great because it offered flexibility when plans changed (the DMZ marathon was on the same day as our booking, so we went to a suspension bridge nearby for the morning instead while we waited for the bus to the DMZ). Harry, the guide, was amazing. He spoke very well and had a good sharing about the history of the place. He is also very responsive towards different queries. The tour was eye-opening to the history of both North and South. Recommend for those who have not visited DMZ.

Our tour guide Vincent was in contact with us from a few days before the trip and met us exactly where he said he would and on time. Vincent is so knowledgeable in the history of Korea and the DMZ, he provided us with so much interesting information, answered all of our questions and took some great photos of us too. When we visited Gwangjang Market, Vincent told us about the most popular dishes and helped us order some. We can’t thank Vincent enough for a fantastic day out, a great tour guide and such a friendly person, he is a credit to your company. I took a DMZ tour with Vincent in South Korea, and it was an amazing experience. Our knowledgeable guide took us to interesting sites like the Joint Security Area, Third Tunnel, and Dora Observatory. We also enjoyed a nice view and trip to the suspension bridge. The car was comfortable and everything went super smoothly, and it was a nice ending with the gwangjang food market! I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting South Korea!
