(SOUTH TOUR) RN 7 (National Road 7)

This is a classic trip following the RN 7 (National Road 7). Different national parks can be visited for spotting wildlfe and also some beautiful landscapes. Then you end the tour by Ifaty (Mangily)

Itinerary

Day 1: ANTANANARIVO

Stop At: Ivato International Airport, N52, Antananarivo, Madagascar
Meet at the international airport of Ivato and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: ANTANANARIVO-ANTSIRABE

Stop At: Gare D’Antsirabe, Antsirabe Madagascar
Early in the morning, drive to Antsirabe (the Thermal City) for about 4 hours including some break pics, short stop for handcrafts market. Visit of the two historical lakes (Andraikiba and Tritriva), and also short tour in the downtown.

Day 3: ANTSIRABE-RANOMAFANA

Stop At: Ranomafana National Park, Haute Matsiatra, Fianarantsoa 301 Madagascar
Right after the breakfast, drive to Ranomafana but few minutes of the wooden sculptures visit (Zafimaniry art) when passing Ambositra town. Then, arrival in Ranomafana National Park; a primary forest full of species of wildlife, insects, birds, medical plants and so ...

Day 4: RANOMAFANA-FIANARANTSOA

Stop At: Ranomafana National Park, Haute Matsiatra, Fianarantsoa 301 Madagascar
After the breakfast, visit of Ranomafana National Park for the different kinds of wildlife (amphibians, mammals and reptiles), birds, chameleons ... ..

Then, drive to Fianarantsoa, the capital of the Betsileo tribe.

Day 5: FIANARANTSOA-RANOHIRA

Stop At: Isalo National Park, Sakamalio, Ranohira 313 Madagascar
Drive to Ranohira, and few kilometers from Ambalavao, next stop for a small reserve (Anja Community Reserve) where we can see the Lemur Catta (MAKI). Arrival in Ranohira.

Day 6: RANOHIRA (Isalo)

Then back to the hotel.

Day 7: RANOHIRA-TULEAR-IFATY

Stop At: Ifaty Beach Club, VJF5+F99, Ifaty, Madagascar
Early in the morning, drive to Tulear, passing by some forests of cactus, and also some typical tombs of Mahafaly tribe.You continue the trip and then transfer to Ifaty which is the fisherman village and relaxing beach.

Day 8: IFATY

Stop At: Ifaty Baobob Tree Reniala Nature Reserve, Unnamed Rd, Madagascar, VMRX+2XH, Ifaty, Madagascar
Relaxing day on a beach and there is a possibility of nautical activities. Visit of a private reserve Reniala with some species of baobabs. You can visit also a small reserve which protects the turtles in danger.

Day 9: IFATY-TULEAR-ANTANANARIVO

Transfer to the Tulear airport and Tana but depends on the flight schedule.
