After wanting to see the wildflowers for many years, I was fortunate enough to spend 2 days with Peter going to different regions. His vast knowledge of the area meant we found some incredibly beautiful and diverse flowers that blew me away. Peter was extremely organised, really friendly and easy to get along with. He went out of his way to customise the tours specifically for me and to ensure I had the best possible experience. I was astounded by his knowledge of the history of Perth and surrounds and thoroughly enjoyed his stories. Thanks so much Peter for making my experience so enjoyable and memorable. I would definitely recommend Peter’s Tiny Tours to anyone wanting an awesome, customised tour.We spent 4 days with Peter Rambling through natural bushland finding beautiful wild flowers enhanced by Peters extensive knowledge of all species. We spent 4 days with Peter Rambling through natural bushland finding beautiful wild flowers enhanced by Peters extensive knowledge of all species. On the way to Margaret River to sample “world class” wines,we passed through cute and interesting towns about which Pete knew all the focal points. Off to the phenomenon of “Wave Rock” which we enjoyed climbing over and had the obligatory “ surfing photo opp” Pinnacle Day via New Norsica, (such an interesting and amazing history of that area.) Whilst at the Pinnacles we were caught in a sudden torrential wind/rain storm, which was exhilarating and beyond Pete’s control, but such fun. We found his passion and love of Perth and surrounds contagious. His driving was careful and courteous. He went out of his way to ensure that each day was filled with laughter and joy. A holiday we will treasure always, and would highly recommendPeter was an excellent and patient guide. Peter was an excellent and patient guide. I only expected a wildflower tour of the areas around Perth, but he also gave me a tour of the city, pointing out sites of interest tacked on with bits of history. We traveled backroads that led to flower sightings that only a knowledgeable local would know where to investigate. Although Peter said that the wildflower season had peaked three weeks ago, I still came away satisfied with what he showed me. I can only imagine how much more wonderful the wildflower displays would look like had I come a month earlier! Any trip you contemplate to Perth must include a tour with Peter.Twice towards the end of the last month, my wife and I (both in our mid-70s) had the good fortune to sample deep expertise, fantastic place-finding skills and radiant company of our driver-cum-cicerone-cum nearly a friend, Peter Cope, a local West Aussie, the founder of remarkable PERTHS TINY TOU...
Twice towards the end of the last month, my wife and I (both in our mid-70s) had the good fortune to sample deep expertise, fantastic place-finding skills and radiant company of our driver-cum-cicerone-cum nearly a friend, Peter Cope, a local West Aussie, the founder of remarkable PERTHS TINY TOURS. We found him to be a great and most graceful aficionado of WA's spring flora (25 Sep 2023, Country Wild Flowers Road Trip) and, on the 27th Sep, of the Indian Ocean's windy beaches and sun desiccated Pinnacles Desert. The first tour took 2hrs of driving some 200 kms east of Perth, towards Corrigin in the WA's Wheat Belt. The second one took 2hrs of driving some 200 kms north of Perth, along a picturesque coastal road, towards culinary (think lobsters!, think prawns!) haven (heaven?) of Cervantes and the nearby stunning Nambung National Park (think Obelix! think Asterix! think thousands of their mysterious upright megaliths!). We were blessed travellers indeed. Peter is a perfect, relaxed and skilled driver; a dependable, resourceful and cheerful companion as well as solidly informed and endlessly intriguing, thoughtful guide. We would dearly love to visit Perth again and go with Peter for more of his day-long happy, fascinating and sunny drives across stunning WA countryside. Our two experiences were addictive - Matthew & Irena, Melbourne, VIC.We had a fabulous day with Peter. He was generous with his time and knew the best spots to see an abundance of different varieties. I'd highly recommend Peter for his knowledge, willingness to provide options, and professionalism. Great tour, thanks Peter!!
