My husband and I travelled to Sri Lanka in December 2021 for our honeymoon and were lucky enough to have Manju as our driver. He was everything we could have wanted in a driver- friendly, helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble and he did everything in his power to ensure that we had a safe, comfortable and enjoyable trip at a very reasonable price. Manju is an excellent driver and his car is very clean, air and conditioned, making it very comfortable to travel in. Manju provides plenty of water and hand sanitiser and is happy to either stick to a given itinerary or suggest places of interest. He is always very punctual and friendly, making it a pleasure to travel with him. I cannot recommend him highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again or recommend it to others.Travels provided a Toyota HiAce SL van and a very good driver Ranga. I have wanted to visit Sri Lanka since I was a young girl watching a pop video which was filmed here. It’s taken me 37 years and I finally made it. Manju made it a joyful experience. We visited all the places on my bucket list and he added a few surprises along the way. He drove very carefully, was always punctual and very friendly. We chose the standard hotel package and all the hotels were good. Manju arranged 2 safaris, both were excellent. This has to be one of the best holidays I have ever had and I’m going to be boring my friends and family with the 500 photos I have taken for weeks! Thank you Manju. It was a passing conversation that lead to us coming to Sri Lanka. I had always intended to visit but did not know when or how and our trip was decided only two months in advance. It was a passing conversation that lead to us coming to Sri Lanka. I had always intended to visit but did not know when or how and our trip was decided only two months in advance. Internet searching soon made it clear that this trip was the best. The speed Manju responded and the information he provided, gave us confidence in his knowledge and experience. He was helpful and flexible discussing different options to the tour for our preference. We chose the mid range package which we were very happy with, staying in some beautiful hotels with wonderful food and decent clean amenities and helpful staff. From the minute we landed and quickly spotted Manju holding a placard with our names to the end of the trip Manju has been great. He is punctual, friendly, funny, efficient and makes you feel safe with the crazy driving style of others. He assists and guides you around clearly establishing a returning meeting point and time for each excursion also incorporating our impulsive shopping requests. Manju sourced us the best safari guides were fantastic getting us close to the elephants and a leopard. I did not really know a lot about Sri Lanka but do know it truly is a beautiful pearl in the ocean. My wife and I booked this tour last November and our tour took place in March. The weather was beautiful so it was a good time to chose. Manju was always very responsive to our questions and we quickly established a WhatsAp link. Manju is a cheerful smiley Sri Lankan with good English. He adapted the tour to suit our requirements and arranged a pre-tour accommodation in Negombo. He met us there and we all stayed one night before setting off for Dambulla cave temples and Sigiria. Next day was Polonnaruwa where we saw many wild elephants. The following day we visited Kandy after which a new driver called Kumara took over. Kumara is a lovely man and really took care of us. We visited Kandy and then Ella the next day. Then we moved on to Tissamaharama where we stayed in the beautiful Coconut Garden hotel. From here we did an amazing safari in Yala National Park. The following day we went to the Fort at Galle and the beach hotel at Marissa. The accommodation choice is up to you. The cars are air conditioned and Manju and Kumara look after your every need. We would highly recommend this trip and give more than 5 stars if we could. Thanks Manju.
