Lovely peaceful trip over the rainforest. Our guide, both on the bus and in the rainforest was extremely informative and entertaining. We did see lots of small birds and were especially pleased to watch the humming birds up close. We also did the short walking tour, about 15 minutes which is also well worth it. Transport and organisation by Viator was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Our guide in the gondola was superb. The rainforest was gorgeous. We got rained on and what a laugh. Our guide in the gondola was superb. The rainforest was gorgeous. We got rained on and what a laugh. This really should have been 5 stars!! Unfortunately after the ride I asked permission from two separate staff members if I could walk around the paths a bit, not too far, just to see the plants. I was told yes. On way back down, another guide, leading a walking party, shouted at me: “Hey buddy, where’s your guide.” His tome was NOT friendly. I said I’d asked permission and walked on but it was most embarrassing. Please. I gave utmost respect to your staff, encourage them to do so to their guests?? Thank you. A must do if you are in St Lucia, we decided to give Zip Wire a miss (we are in our 70's). The Aerial cable car journey is great, guide very informative and amazing views on way down. Its so peaceful as the cable car glides along stopping at points of interest, and Info on Fauna and Flora, we saw hummingbirds etc but no parrots. A fun way to spend half a day.It was extremely exciting, being so far up and looking out into the vast tropical rainforest. Amazing and a must to do. The guide was a lovely lady who was very inciteccful. Feel free to ask her/ him anything about the rainforest.
