We will begin our tour at English Bay Bike Rentals. Riders will receive a brief intro outlining the route, bicycle safety and washroom breaks.

Stop At: Davie Village, Davie Village, Vancouver, British Columbia
Stopping at the famous rainbow intersection, riders will receive a brief history of the LGBTQ community in Vancouver.
Duration: 5 minutes
Stop At: The West End, Vancouver, British Columbia V6E 1M7 Canada
Riders will stop at Mole Hill for a glimpse of the largest collection of heritage homes in the city.
Duration: 5 minutes
Stop At: Robson Street, Vancouver, British Columbia Canada
Guests will take a short walk around Robson Square for views of the art gallery, law courts, ice rink and the downtown financial towers.

Stop At: Marine Building, 355 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia V6C 2G8 Canada
Riders will stop quickly outside of the Marine Building for a brief history of one of Vancouver's most iconic buildings.

Stop At: Vancouver Convention Centre, 1055 Canada Pl, Vancouver, British Columbia V6C 0C3 Canada
The tour stops at the Convention Centre for views of the mountains and the inner harbour. Guests are told the history of the era and its significance during the 2010 Winter Olympics. Attractions within this area include the Olympic Cauldron and the Digital Orca statue by Douglas Coupland.

Stopping at Lost Lagoon, riders will hear a quick history of Stanley Park and will be introduced to the park's ecology.

The last half of the morning bicycle ride is spent in Stanley Park. We visit Lost Lagoon, Totem Park, Beaver Lake, Lions Gate Bridge, Siwash Rock, Third Beach, Second Beach and English Bay.

Stop At: Vancouver Seawall, Stanley Park, Vancouver, British Columbia V6G 3E2 Canada
Riders travel on the world famous seawall for 2/3 of the ride. The seawall is the longest connected city waterfront path in the world. It is divided between cyclists and pedestrians for everyone's safety.

Riders will see Vancouver's version of Copenhagen's 'The Little Mermaid'.

Rider's will stop below the Lions Gate bridge for an amazing photo opportunity.

Stop At: Siwash Rock, Vancouver, BC, Canada

Stop At: Second Beach Pool, Stanley Park Dr, Vancouver, British Columbia V6C 2T1 Canada
Riders pass by one of Vancouver's premier outdoor pools.

- Basis fitness level required for 3-hour, 11-mile (18-km) ride
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Operates in all weather conditions; please dress appropriately
- Sunscreen and sunglasses are highly recommended
- Heights of riders must be provided at time of booking
- Near public transportation
- Riders should arrive 15 minutes early for sizing and paperwork
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- No bathrooms on site. There is a Starbucks across the street. Please come ready to ride.

We went on this tour the morning after flying in as we knew we'd be up early. As many others have said this was an excellent tour led by a very knowledgeable Jeremy. Enjoyable, not too strenuous and covered a lot of ground. Recommended.

We got a great feel for city, went right through Stanley Park, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
