Kassim is an excellent tour guide! He is responsive when booking. Kassim is an excellent tour guide! He is responsive when booking. He is friendly, observant, and very knowledgeable about Zanzibar's Stone Town history. Our walking tour was at a perfect pace. It allowed me to pause for a photo without falling behind. He was a ready and willing translator to assist us in speaking with a Masai, and for negotiating in the shops when the spoke no English. We saw everything we wanted, and learned the background that made the sites important - this is difficult to do in Zanzibar without a guide! We highly recommend Kassim as your guide! You won't be disappointed!Kassim is an awesome guide. We started at Jambo Spice Farm where another guy did the tour about spices. Kassim is an awesome guide. We started at Jambo Spice Farm where another guy did the tour about spices. He explained how they're grown and there's so much fresh fruit to try. Especially stuff we don't have in the states. Afterwards we started our stone town tour. In the middle, since I was hungry he offered to let me have lunch and finish the tour after. I stopped at the Lukmaan Swahili Cuisine. Definitely worth stopping by if you have a chance. We then finished the tour of the church and slave history. He's so full of knowledge and a sweet guy. Please book and support.Kasim was such an amazing tour guide. We had 2 days of touring with him. He was punctual, knowledgeable and very nice. Kasim was such an amazing tour guide. We had 2 days of touring with him. He was punctual, knowledgeable and very nice. We would’ve never been able to do all that we did during our stay in Tanzania without him. We went to the Masai Village, Spice Farm, swam in the cave, and the Rock Restaurant the first day. The second day, we went to Prison Island, the Disappearing beach (I can’t remember the proper name) and toured Stone Town. Lunch was provided at the Spice Farm which was delicious. They also served us fruit which was some of the best fruit I’ve ever had. At the beach, Wei we’re provided fresh seafood, fruit, and salad which were all amazing.Kassim is a great guy. He took us on a tour of Stone town, Tortoise island and Sunset cruise. The guy is fun and knowledgeable. We learnt a lot about Zanzibar within a few days of our stay.
