This was a gem of a tour! Easily one of the best I’ve ever experienced. I have been on many European walking/biking tours and this one checked all my favorite boxes. Specifically, our guide James made this tour so fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, but also funny and engaging. When this company says they consider themselves storytellers more than guides, they are absolutely spot-on. This is what makes this tour so delightful! We also appreciated his local recommendations for waffles, fries, etc. We enjoyed it so much we made a point to join his tour in Brussels the next day! Happy to pass along this recommendation to my fellow travelers and kudos to James and Ambassador’s team for such a quality and memorable experience. The guides were very friendly and shared very interesting insights. If you are in city for 1 day, i definitely recommend joining on this.

Our guide Steve did a great job, guiding us through the beautiful alleys of the old town in his very own style. He decorated historical facts with funny anecdotes and little jokes and always included the whole group. He did not only show us the famous sights and historical spots, but also introduced us to local places and local people. One of his stories even gave me such a perfect opportunity, that I was literally "forced" to propose to my girlfriend earlier as planned this day. Steve ended his tour, giving each participant a personal recommendation on what to do next. What a nice way to get to know this beautiful city. I highly recommend this tour!We made the free tour with Jamie on Sunday and it was really great! He explained a lot about the place, the culture and more. We really enjoy it, it was very funny! And the chocolate was great ;) thank you!
