Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product
Stop At: Surabaya, Surabaya, East Java, Java
- Pick-up from Juanda International Airport or Surabaya Hotel (Any hotel in the Surabaya City) in the morning before 11am preferably.
Travel to Mount Bromo for 3-4 hours.
- Check in to homestay accommodation in Bromo area. (You can choose to upgrade to Bromo Terrace Hotel)
- Free and easy, rest for the night.
Duration: 6 hours
Stop At: Mount Bromo, Jl. Bromo Km. 3 Probolinggo City Town, Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park Indonesia
- Early morning rise and shine. Have breakfast on the go.
- The guide will arrive at the hotel to pick you up at 2:30am.
- Arrive in Cemoro Lawang and transfer to a shared 4WD jeep at approximately 2:30am - 3am to see the spectacular sunrise from vantage point, Penanjakan at 3:30am. This will be a shared jeep and will include a local bromo guide/driver.
- Continue by 4WD jeep to Hill of Love for a photo opportunity. Proceed to Bromo Crater through the Sea of Sand.
- At the crater, you can go on foot or via horse/pony ride (Optional, rent fee not included). The trip is around 20 minutes. Climb a flight of stairs for 10-15 mins to reach the rim of Bromo Crater.
- After which, at around 8am, you will return to Cemara Lawang.

- Head to Madakaripura Waterfall to enjoy the magnificent natural sight

Pass By: Grand City Surabaya, Jl. Gubeng Pojok Dalam, Surabaya Indonesia
- We will drop you off at your requested hotel, airport or train station in Surabaya at around 12pm – 1pm (if you are not going to the waterfall). You will arrive in Surabaya around 3-4pm if you are going to the waterfall.

・1st day Gilang took me from Surabaya to Bromo. On the way to Bromo, Gilang took me to Sea Monsters Restaurant. I ate seafood dishes and it was delicious. We arrived at Bromo Terrace Hotel on 15:30. The hotel was clean but cold (no air-conditioner in the room), so if you want to stay, you should ...
・1st day Gilang took me from Surabaya to Bromo. On the way to Bromo, Gilang took me to Sea Monsters Restaurant. I ate seafood dishes and it was delicious. We arrived at Bromo Terrace Hotel on 15:30. The hotel was clean but cold (no air-conditioner in the room), so if you want to stay, you should bring winter clothes. ・2nd day Mt. Bromo I went to Bromo Tengger Park with Sherry and two local guides. We departed 2:30 and watched sunrise from 4:00. It was very beautiful. After watching sunrise, we went to sand sea and watched the crater of Mt. Bromo. After that, we returned to the hotel and ate breakfast. Breakfast was nice, and especially Soto Ayam was delicious. ・2nd day Madakaripura After that, Gilang and Sherry took me to Madakaripura waterfall. To go to waterfall, I got on the bike and walked 2km with local guide. The scenery along the way was nice, and the waterfall was awesome. If you go to waterfall, you'll be wet, so it is better to bring short pants and sandals. After waterfall, Gilang took me to the Juanda airport. I had an unforgettable day. Thank you!
