Sushi Cooking Class in Osaka
Overview
Watch as your instructor prepares sushi rice, followed by a demo on how to make sushi the professional way, which includes rolling sashimi (thinly sliced raw fish) and other fresh ingredients into dried seaweed called
nori. When it's your turn, enjoy plenty of practice using the various fillings and techniques that with the group.
Once you complete your hands-on lesson, gather with your fellow sushi connoisseurs to bite into the rolls, which are served alongside miso soup, a Japanese omelet and other snacks.
Cooking lesson is not use knife for safety.so easy join all type of customers.
your dishes are not all, after sushi eat try tea ceremony(whisk matcha), and popular Japanese sweets fish shaped waffle.

Yayo met us at the train station and walked us to her apartment. We had a lovely tea, and then proceeded to making a Japanese omelet, Yayo showed us how to make miso, and then we made our sushi. Beautiful, fun experience -- take this class, you will not regret it!!

This was one of the highlights of our time in Japan. Yayo is an extremely nice person who truly opens up her home to you for this experience. Learning how to make sushi, miso soup, and the Japanese omelet were not only very informative but extremely fun to do. Yayo is also a very generous person whose personality and made this experience very personal and outstanding. I would totally recommend this event, it is extremely worth it!
