We really loved this experience. Iveth, our guide really knew about the different products in the market and took us to her favourite stalls to try some of the things on offer and was able to answer all the questions we had. We then went to the house of a super kind old Mexican lady who we prepared the different dishes with and ended by eating together. The guacamole (what a difference to the usual) and the coconut cream puddings were my favourites! The recipes we made (and more) were sent on the next dayWe had a great tour with Marisol! The tour on the market and the delicious food we prepared at local home. Great experience we had in Merida

My wife and I had a great time on this tour. Kevin was very helpful and able to answer any questions regarding the tour and Mexican life in general. It was great navigating the market but being in a locals home helping them cook was even more interesting. Seeing how the average person lives is a great way to experience life in another culture. I highly recommend this tourWe had a great cocking class featuring Leonor as the had chef and Iveth as our guide at the market and during the cook. Shopping at the market was fun and tasty. Cooking was hard (😉) and the resulting food was great. All in all a great day trip!
