The beer doctor was amazing. I am not a beer drinker. But, this tasting was so much fun. The food pairings were well thought out and the trappest cheese is to die for. But, this tasting was one of our favorite activities during our two weeks in Europe. It was laid back and we laughed the whole time. It felt like hanging out with a group of friends. Dimitri is definitely a sommelier of beer AND his unique pairing items!!. We had a great time and would HIGHLY recommend this activity. Only 10 min walk from castle Square but a whole different neighborhood to enjoy! Beautiful art deco buildings & wide promenade street.
