El primer día de la excursión se estropeó un Jeep al principio del viaje. En vez de cambiarlo desde el principio esperaron a que estuviésemos en mitad de la nada y el Jeep dejase de funcionar completamente. Tuvimos que esperar a que mandasen otro desde Djerba y esperamos más de 2h y media. Cuando...
El primer día de la excursión se estropeó un Jeep al principio del viaje. En vez de cambiarlo desde el principio esperaron a que estuviésemos en mitad de la nada y el Jeep dejase de funcionar completamente. Tuvimos que esperar a que mandasen otro desde Djerba y esperamos más de 2h y media. Cuando nos quejamos y exigimos una compensación al guía por haber perdido todas las actividades del día decía que sí pero más adelante cuando me volví a quejar el guía decía que era agotador discutir conmigo y me hablaba sin ningún tacto a pesar de que estuviéramos descontentos y pedir alguna devolución o compensación. Yo le dije que son mis vacaciones y que más desagradable es para mí. Además quería cobrarnos el doble por subir dos personas en un solo quad, sin sentido. Al día siguiente parecía que todo iba mejor hasta que el mismo guía decidió hacer una broma tirándome un cubo de agua por encima, empapando un bolso de piel que tengo de mi viaje de hace 6 años a Marruecos que es de piel y NO SE PUEDE MOJAR. El bolso tiene un alto valor sentimental y se estropeó al empaparse, me dio un ataque de ansiedad y tuve un día horrible de excursión. El guía en lugar de disculparse vino a hablarme mal diciendo chulescamente: si quieres te compro otro eh?? Que por supuesto no hizo, ni tampoco iba a conseguir uno igual. Ahora se cae a tiras. Exijo una devolución del dinero e indemnización por este desastre de excursión y de guía.Soledad_S

Guide français demandé , un guide qui parle seulement tunisien est venu me chercher. Nous somme allés récupérer d'autres personnes à un hôtel, nous avons attendu 1h pour qu'au final savoir qu'ils étaient déjà partis avec quelqu'un d'autre. Je me retrouve seul avec le guide et il me dit que l'excu...

Nous somme allés récupérer d'autres personnes à un hôtel, nous avons attendu 1h pour qu'au final savoir qu'ils étaient déjà partis avec quelqu'un d'autre. Je me retrouve seul avec le guide et il me dit que l'excursion va être annulé car j'étais seul . J'ai attendu 45min en stressant de savoir si mon voyage allait être annulé ou pas. Finalement nous sommes partis rejoindre les autres à Tataouine après que le chef d'agence ai dit qu'on partait . Nous avons traversé Tataouine en 10 min et rejoins les autres qui avaient déjà visité Tataouine et un autre endroit donc j'avais raté cette partie du voyage qui, au vu des photos, avait l'air très beau, donc j'étais déjà déçu . Par la suite tout était bien, la nourriture, les visites , la nuit dans le désert, la balade en quad au couché de soleil (+30€ par personne ou à 2 sur un quad). Le lendemain petit déjeuner 7h, visite rapide de quelques endroits où nous nous sommes arrêtés seulement dans des cafés pour consommer. On a dejeuné à 11h45 puis nous sommes partis pour Djerba. Arrivé à Djerba 14h30. Annoncé 18h sur le programme, donc j'ai du attendre mon avion 5h à l'aéroport :) Point + du voyage : - les paysages magnifiques - les plats très bon - les guides vraiment très sympas - On vient nous chercher à l'hôtel et on nous y ramène Pont négatif : - Tarif trop cher pour ce que c'est - Mauvaise organisation car j'ai raté des visites - Forte incitation à consommer dans les différents endroits + pourboire Je sais que c'est un pays qui vit du tourisme etc et les gens sont vraiment gentils sur place et ça ne me dérange pas de payer quelques trucs mais je pense que le voyage pourrait être bien mieux organisé avec plus de choses à visiter , surtout la deuxième journée , ou avec plus d'activités comprises dans le tarif. Et forcément si les gens sont contents les achats viendront tout seul. Bref malgré la beauté du décor et la gentillesse des guides , l'organisation et le contenu des visites de la deuxième journée font vraiment tâche au voyage.FaustineJulien

This tour is a scam. We paid 280 euros and it was not worth more than 100. We were brought to places where people just begged for money. The “guide” left us with a first guide to visit Chenini, and we had to pay him for a 10 minutes walk after visiting his house which had nothing special. The next day same thing happened were a whole family is just expecting you to give money for the sake of it. Our “guide” was Mohcen and was not knowledgeable at all and we felt like he was repeating himself for the whole trip. For someone who has had a “20 year experience” the least you can do when you have never travelled anywhere but your country would be to be more open and curious with the people you meet. Especially when talking to someone coming from a neighbour country, be respectful. And he also made it on purpose to take his time to pretend things were longer to reach. Also we asked to be brought to Gabès instead of Djerba as we had to get back to Tunis and “the guide” did not want to and said we should get back to Djerba to get a bus to Tunis from there. The truth is he is living there and did not want to make the trip to Gabès (30km away from Matmata when Djerba is 130km away). It was written alcohol won’t be free but we even had to pay to have water. The food was below average and the way waiters treated us was outrageous. We were told many times people around are living thanks to tourism but no efforts are made at all to make this experience worth anything. The star wars experience is a big joke. You got one room with photos taken from internet and stapled to the wall and that is it … Every time a new group is coming in, they play the star wars theme song. There is no memorabilia from the movies, nor a video nor any explanation. And they also got the date wrong … you had one job. There is no need to have a SUV for that trip, we were told the trip could only be done with one, but buses and regular car were everywhere. Just avoid that scam, it’s not worth a single dinar.julie_G
