Mayumi was our guide and she was wonderful! Easy to work with, contacted me well in advance, was knowledgable without being overwhelming and put together a great program. I was especially thankful for the particular care she showed my parents, who are well in their 70s, in adjusting to their limitations such as negotiating with the museum staff to let them use the elevator so they didn’t have to navigate difficult stairs while still being able to enjoy the museum. Mayumi also took us to parts of Osaka that we would never have found on our own but are so happy that we did!Mayumi was our guide and she was wonderful. Mayumi was our guide and she was wonderful. Reached out ahead of time to chat on what we wanted to do, was very knowledgable and had a great program for us. I was particularly grateful for the care that she showed my parents, who are both in their 70s, in ensuring they could see everything and negotiating with the folks at the castle to let them use the elevator so they could experience the museum without having to navigate so many stairs. That meant a lot to me on a personal level. She also showed us parts of Osaka that we would have never found on our own and we absolutely loved!
