What to expect
We’ll visit some of the most amazing reef locations on the island of Cozumel, including a green turtle sanctuary where we can snorkel alongside peacefully in their natural habitat. We also visit ‘El Cielo’ (‘Heaven’) - an incredible natural starfish sanctuary, filled with many bright red & orange starfish on pristine white sands.
Towards the end of the tour, we’ll move on to Cielito, or ‘Little Heaven’. This is a natural sandbank in crystal clear water, where we can simply relax and enjoy freshly prepared snacks and drinks before cruising back to port with the sunset.

The rest was nice, nice crew, cool other people on the boat and El cielito was nice, too - the stay was just too long for me, would've preferred to snorkel even more instead.Very friendly and professional, amazing trip, great for the family, great for couples, a wonderful way to experience the island. Lots of options available to suit the individual as well. would highly recommend.

We found out about this tour from a group of friends that wouldn’t stop talking about it! We were a bit skeptical at first, particularly with how many tours are offered in Cozumel to be honest. The communication with the manager Alex was superb throughout, and we found out where we needed to be easily (it’s a busy ferry terminal!). We boarded a cute boat with about a dozen people in total. Equipment was provided, although I already have my own mask and snorkel. About 10 minutes later we were whizzing down the coastline towards our first stop. The water here is insanely clear and warm - and we saw a massive turtle in the first few minutes! I think we stopped at about 4 different places in total (can’t remember the names of them!) - but one place was literally carpeted with starfish! Sadly my camera battery died, but we’d love to come back here again and get some photos. We didn’t realise we got food and drinks included, which was a lovely surprise - particularly the ceviche. It felt like a lot packed into 4 hours, but we got to see a few different places and it’s given us some ideas of where we’d like to visit on some longer day tours offered by these guys. Thanks for such an awesome trip!Cozumel is a wonderful place and a snorkeling tour is definitely the best way to enjoy the amazing marine life. Cozumel is a wonderful place and a snorkeling tour is definitely the best way to enjoy the amazing marine life. We chose to book with the company based on the website description. We exchanged some Whatsapp messages on the official number on the website, they waited for us at the ferry and placed us with a boat. All good until it started! The problem is that it is a huge difference between what Cozumel Snorkel Center advertises on their website and what you really get. Out of the 4 hours (actually 3,5..) almost 2 are only for sailing. The “comfortable boat and top notch equipment” resumes to a tiny fishing boat with no facilities where they pack everybody (14 people in our case). No fins where available, the life jackets were old, dirty and torn up (and not in a sufficient number for everybody aboard), glass bottom was only in the name (as the tiny place was full of luggage and not available). The only food we got was a ceviche (no sign of guacamole, fresh fruits or other things mentioned on the website..). We stopped in only 3 places (not 4). First one - they argued is a combination of Columbia and Palancar.. I doubt.. we could barely see a few fish, no corals. Their only worry was to feed the fish (outrageous for a marine park!) so that the “official photographer” could take pictures to reap you off later… And to end all in style, the crew is begging for tips (20-30 usd) as they are “only service providers”. The places were nice.. but getting a totally different something than advertised and paid for is very disappointing and spoiled our experience. So.. if you choose to go.. at least know what to expect… and clarify with them from the beginning.
