Dear Frans, It was lovely to be back in Chiangmai, and we had the pleasure of having another tour around Chiangmai/ Chiang Rai led by Green Trails. Having requested for and you agreeing to allow Mr Bay take us round again this time, I am indeed grateful. The tour itself was well organized and yet flexible. Everything went smoothly and my party had a lovely time. My Bay was ever so professional and warm. In addition, he is most accommodating and aware of our preferences. All our requests were met and I have nothing negative to say about my trip, with him leading the way! This time, we had another pleasant surprise. Our driver, Joe, had the widest smile on his face all the time! I looked forward to seeing him, as much as Mr Bay, every time we were about to board the van! Watching him interact with Mr Bay, even though I did not understand a word they said, was entertainment in itself! Their constant laughter and willful banter was delightful and heartening on the long road journeys. My only regret is that I did not have the opportunity to thank you personally in the office this time round. Nonetheless, I'll be looking forward to my next trip back to Chiangmai. Meanwhile, enjoy the snacks!

This was a tour which almost ended up as a disaster! I misread the pickup hotel and thought it was Chiang Mai only to find upon confirmation when we arrived at our hotel it was Chiang Rai. Eventually it was worked out by your wonderful agent though we did pay $100 more than what we had already paid. So the driver picked us up (once again looking for another racial group) and drove the three hours to Chiang Rai plus giving us a private tour leaving some of the sightseeing decisions to us. All in all we had an enjoyable day!
