It would be a wasted trip to Cologne’s Old Town if we didn’t explore a little of its bizarre and interesting history. We’ll tell a few anecdotes about the past of Cologne to give you a better feel of how we are (and always have been) as a city.
Stop At: Bierhaus en d'r Salzgass, Salzgasse 5-7, 50667 Köln, Germany
Our last stop of the evening, at this bierhaus, we will drink our last Kölsch of the night (or the first of many at our last brewery). Following a tasting of the Päffgen Kölsch, we’ll decide our favorites and learn about the folk hero of beer that oversees the bar.

Stop At: FRÜH am Dom, die FRÜH Lounge, Am Hof 12-18, 50667 Köln, Germany
Learning about where to drink and how much to pay is essential to understanding Kölsch. While experiencing the largest brewery in Cologne’s Altstadt, we’ll do just that and of course have the chance to sample a Kölsch.
Duration: 20 minutes
Stop At: Brauhaus Sünner im Walfisch, Salzgasse 13, 50667 Köln, Germany
On our second stop of the evening, you’ll have the chance to sample what by many is considered the oldest Kölsch in Cologne. Here we’ll learn about the strict brewing process that created our beer, the regulations it still must follow and follow the debate over who is allowed to even brew a Kölsch in the first place.

Fede was a really funny and sympathic guide. It was the right combination of jokes and information about the history, the culture and the Kölsche feeling (including Kölsch). I can definitely recommend his tours! :)

Extremely enjoyable tour and even more amazing tour guide! I took my partner to Köln for his birthday and booked this tour as a surprise. Izzy was our tour guide and as we happened to be the only two present that day, it turned into a private tour! Izzy took us to five different brauhouses to taste and rank beers, all whilst giving us little nuggets of history inbetween. Izzy knows alot about Köln and is extremely knowledgeable and generally a fun person to be around. Literally the perfect host! We were sad when the tour was over. Would highly recommend and ask for Izzy!Great guided tour. Very engaging. Thanks a lot Fede for showing us around the city and telling us stories about Köln. Highly recommended

I recently took their guided tour of Cologne, and it exceeded all of my expectations. Our tour guide was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly engaging. They brought the history and culture of this beautiful city to life in a way that was both informative and entertaining. The tour covered all the major highlights of Cologne, including the stunning Cologne Cathedral, the charming Old Town, and the iconic Hohenzollern Bridge. What I loved most about the tour was the perfect balance between historical insights and fun anecdotes. Our
