Booked well in advance, but they gave the seats to people of the street and allowed passengers to save seats for people who were not on the bus yet! Should be first come, first seated, NO SAVING OF SEATS! Tour and commentary good, except when asked to look behind you, which we couldn't do, as was stuck downstairs and could only see the back of the bus!!!We went on Friday 22nd march 2019 honestly it's amazing the condocter was truly amazing. Had such a talent for the voice. Had us laughing from start to finish. We will definitely do this tour again. 5* well done.

I have visited London so many times and this is the first time taking a tour. Well. . . Facts galore! Our tour guide Peter was excellent, very informative and entertaining. My daughter said to me during the tour 'this is great, it's like the news but much more interesting'. Perhaps not the warmest time if year and with a few protests going on and road closures the driver had to detour and the tour was just short of 2 hours, when it should have been maybe an hour and twenty. It was very cold, but let's face it, we could have gone downstairs!! Peter rolled with the diversions and had plenty if great facts to entertain us with. We booked online but there was no need at this time of year. Totally worth it to see many famous landmarks in just over an hour. We will definitely do it again, when it's warmer 😀We booked the tour on line from our phone as we arrived in London. We booked the tour on line from our phone as we arrived in London. I had looked at Google on the train journey down and this tour appealed to us rather than the hop on hop off tours as it was concise and it’s duration was said to be 75 minutes. Everyone was so helpful. From the young lady on the phone who I had to ring as we didn’t receive an email confirmation and reference number- my chubby fingers had keyed in the email address incorrectly!!!! The young lady helped us with super efficiency, confirmed our booking and sent the email again this time to the corrected address. Our tour guide was Peter. What a very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable young man. We felt like he was our own personal guide. Every question he answered with ease and had a vast knowledge of all the sights and a lot of trivia style facts that made it all very interesting. Also not forgetting the driver Chris who drove the bus expertly around the route. A very enjoyable afternoon, saw plenty of attractions both old and new and would definitely recommend to anyone. Well done all. This made the start to our weekend in London a very pleasurable one .
