I have climbed before but wasn't sure that I would be confident to climb alone so I signed up for a beginner session. I arrived and the session was me (a 32 year old) and a family of young cousins... The instructor (Khanz) was amazing and made sure I had all the support I needed to progress at my own speed without keeping me back with the little ones (who he was infinitely patient with). The lady from the reception desk (I think her name might have been Sumaya) was so supportive and welcoming - I'll definitely be back :)It’s was a lot of laugh.. (John) one of the staff was the best. So funny that we could could it stop laughing. Great family time.
